our recent stay at apartments in barro was fantastic. everything was explained during check-in, the apartment was spacious and clean with great views. a short walk to the beach and daily cleaning service made our stay even better. highly recommended.

Delightful surprise. Very clean (new last year) and equipped to very high standard. Manager couldn't do enough to help. Lovely location 100m from fine sandy beach. Safe underground free parking. Spacious and comfortable. Much more enjoyable than other more expensive 'business' hotels stayed in. All self-catering facilities including washing machine, fridge freezer, dvd. Proper bath. We used it as a 2 day break in a driving and camping holiday and was ideal to recharge our batteries but would have been lovely to stay a week. Quiet. Less than 10 min drive to Llanes. Balcony with view to mountains. Can order bakery goods night before, delivered to door for breakfast.

The sleeping accomodation is a double bed and a double sofa bed so if 2 children, they'll need to share (or bring your own sleeping bag etc). Llanes lovely to eat out in evening, but in August arrive before restauraunts open at 7.30/8pm or you won't be able to park anywhere near.

Perfect place, met expectation. Don't miss Kaype Quintamar, situated adjacent to the apartment. Location was 10 minutes' walk to Borizu, but it wasn't a problem for us. Easy distance to Santander airport.

Modern and spacious apartment, with very friendly staff. The apartment was excellent, spacious, clean, and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The daily clean was to a very high standard. The location was great for walking to local beaches and driving to more beaches. Fabulous coastline in this area.

The kitchen could have been better equipped, for example with a cheese grater. Our balcony was overlooked by the bar of the hotel next door, but not a major issue.

The location was fantastic! We were a short walk from the beach. Also, the apartment was really nice. I particularly liked the outdoor terrace.

Be sure ot remember to bring your own beach towels.

I had a wonderful stay at Apartamentos Albatros. The apartment was modern and well equipped, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I was pleasantly surprised by the daily room cleaning service and fresh towels. The staff, especially Fernando at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and always available to answer my questions. The location was perfect, just a short 2-minute walk to a beautiful beach that locals and Spanish tourists love. Plus, I was able to explore nearby towns and villages as well as the Picos de Europa National Park within an hour's drive. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxury beach holiday with a touch of culture.

the 3-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with comfortable beds and modern furnishings. I was impressed with the daily cleaning service and fresh towels and sheets provided. Fernando, the manager, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. the on-site underground parking was a convenient bonus. the location, just a 2-minute walk from Playa de Barro, was perfect for families. I highly recommend these apartments for a wonderful beach vacation.

We got great value for our money at Apartamentos Albatros. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with excellent beds and furnishings. The location was ideal, just a two-minute walk from a beautiful beach and within driving distance of many other stunning beaches and towns. The staff, especially Fernando at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more options for breakfast.

The hotel had a charming and elegant decoration that made me feel like royalty. The common areas were well maintained, and there were plenty of comfortable seating areas for older guests to relax. the staff were attentive and always ready to assist me with my needs, making the hotel accessible and enjoyable for seniors.

I wish the children working there had more knowledge about local attractions and activities suitable for senior people.

The apartment was conveniently located near the beach, making it easy for us to enjoy the seaside. The surrounding area offered plenty of options for exploring other local beaches, either by walking or driving. The coastline in this area was absolutely stunning, providing us with a fabulous experience. The soundproofing in the apartment was excellent, as we couldn't hear any noise from other guests. The reception staff were really helpful, providing us with valuable advice on places to visit during our stay. The rooms were spacious and the small supermarket within walking distance was a bonus.
